2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your details are utilized strictly for legitimate commerce and customer service operations:

Processing your watch purchase, generating tax invoices, and booking express air waybills via DTDC and BlueDart.
Sending live parcel tracking alerts via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
Verifying Cash on Delivery (COD) dispatch eligibility.
We never sell, lease, or rent your personal contact information to third-party telemarketing or data brokers.

3. Payment & Encryption Standards

All online card, UPI, and net banking transactions are processed securely via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways. No payment card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials are ever stored on our servers. All traffic is encrypted using high-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.

By accessing or purchasing from DK Watch Collection, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Commercial Identity

DK Watch Collection is a luxury timepieces provider registered in Vadodara, Gujarat. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.

2. Order Acceptance & Verification

All orders are subject to stock availability and courier serviceability. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our dispatch team may initiate a quick automated or telephonic confirmation before parcel handover to DTDC or BlueDart.

3. Product Craft, 1st Copy Disclosure & Warranty Terms

1st Copy Disclosure: Timepieces showcased and sold by DK Watch Collection are premium 1st Copy Master Craft editions inspired by luxury watchmaker designs. They are NOT original brand watches manufactured by trademark owners, nor are we affiliated with or authorized by the respective brand owners.

No Manufacturer Warranty: As 1st copy luxury editions, these timepieces do NOT carry brand or manufacturer warranties. Each watch is individually inspected for mechanical accuracy, timing, and cosmetic finishing prior to dispatch.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of purchases from DK Watch Collection shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Replacement & Damage Policy

7-Day Replacement Protection • Continuous Unboxing Video Mandatory

🎥 Mandatory 360° Uncut Unboxing Video Requirement

To eliminate fraudulent claims and guarantee fair resolution, customers must record a continuous, unedited 360° unboxing video. The video must begin by displaying all 6 sides of the unopened, sealed courier flyer and the shipping label, continuously filming while the package is cut open, right through showing the timepiece and demonstrating the reported defect. Any claim submitted without an unedited 360° unboxing video will be summarily rejected without exception.

1. 7-Day Replacement Support

DK Watch Collection provides a 7-Day Replacement Support guarantee for any timepiece that arrives physically damaged during transit or exhibits verified mechanical / operational defects. Replacements are provided on a like-for-like basis.

2. Replacement Shipping Charges (Not Free)

Please note that while initial order delivery across India is 100% free, shipping charges apply for all replacements. Reverse pickup courier handling and replacement re-dispatch freight costs must be borne by the customer. Shipping is not free for replacement requests.

3. Return Policy (Select Timepieces Only via Customer Care)

Store returns for refund are not generally available across standard watch collections (we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or size). Returns are permitted exclusively on select designated watch models. To check if your specific timepiece qualifies for a return, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@dkwatches.com. Our customer support executive will review your order details and confirm return eligibility and conditions.

4. Eligibility & Reporting Window

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed courier delivery.
The timepiece must remain completely unworn, with plastic protective wrap, seals, and bracelet links intact.
All original packaging, watch box, tags, and accessories must be returned in full.
A direct link to the continuous 360° unboxing video must be submitted to contact@dkwatches.com.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pan-India Express Air Logistics & COD Terms

1. Free Insured Express Shipping

We provide 100% Free Express Shipping on all watch orders across India. Every parcel is packaged in impact-resistant, tamper-proof packaging and covered by transit insurance.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST are inspected and dispatched within 24 business hours.
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2 to 3 business days.
Rest of India: 3 to 5 business days.
Remote / Northeast / J&K: 5 to 7 business days.

3. Real-Time Courier Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed over to DTDC or BlueDart, an automated SMS and WhatsApp containing your active Air Waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link will be sent to your registered mobile number.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

COD is available across all serviceable pincodes in India. Please keep the exact cash amount ready upon delivery, or scan the delivery agent's official UPI QR code at your doorstep.
